Flying M Ranch

On October 7, 1901, Robert N. and Anna Magness Sanders first purchased the property that we now know as the Flying M Ranch. Their son Floys and his wife Wilma Sudberry lived their lives here, and raised their daughter Kathryn here. Kathryn and her husband Leland ran the ranch from the early 1960s until their passings. The Flying M Ranch is still in the family, being overseen by Leland and Kathryn's oldest son, Sandy, and his family. As home to six generations of proud Texans, we welcome you to join us in celebrating the beauty and bounty of the Texas Hill Country.
